17 May: International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia
Tomorrow is the International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia, established by the European Parliament in 2007. This year’s theme is the education of young people in the prevention of discrimination on grounds of sexual orientation. “The Charter of fundamental rights of the European Union clearly prohibits any discrimination on grounds of sexual orientation,” said Schulz.
