The 23rd European Union Contest for Young Scientists is calling for applications.

This year, it will take place in Helsinki, Finland from 23 to 28 September 2011.

The European Union (EU) Contest for Young Scientists, is an initiative of the European Commission, set up to promote the ideals of co-operation and interchange between young scientists.
The Contest is the annual showcase of the best of European student scientific achievement and as such attracts widespread media interest.
The contest gives students the opportunity to compete with the best of their contemporaries at European level.
