Call for Trainer to conduct the Training for the Pool of National Trainers Youth in Action (YiA) Programme

The EUPA is receiving applications from independent individuals with a view to conduct the training course for the Pool of National Trainers under the TCP Youth in Action (YiA) Programme.

The task of the trainer will be to assist the EUPA in the execution of the above-stated tasks with reference of the YiA Programme. The Trainer will be selected based on their established competence according to selection criteria drawn up specific to the call.

Aim
The aim of this training course is to train trainers who have the competences and the motivation to contribute to the improvement of the quality of trainings within the Youth in Action Programme of the European Union.

The Trainer shall:

  • Have sound knowledge of Youth in Action in general ;
  • Have experience in running Youth in Action Training Courses both on local and international level;
  • Be fluent in the English Language.

Methodology: Non formal methods shall be used to engage more the participants into the learning process. The non formal methods may include energisers, workshops, discussions, outdoor activities and visits.
