It's our Europe: Let's get active

23 April 2013: Ombudsman Seminar “It’s our Europe: Let’s get active!” Brussels, Belgium

The seminar will focus on European citizens and how they can concretely contribute to shaping the European Union, either by using the European Citizens’ Initiative (ECI), by turning to the European Ombudsman, or by mobilising large groups of citizens to carry out grassroots initiatives.

Participants will be able to share their views with the following keynote speakers: Viviane Reding, Vice-President of the European Commission, Martin Schulz, President of the European Parliament, Maroš Šefčovič, Vice-President of the European Commission.

During the event, European citizens will be able to tweet questions to the speakers, by using the Twitter hashtag #eyc2013eo.
