Launch of "MyVote2014"

Launch of “MyVote2014”, the first “voting calculator” for the European Parliament elections based on MEPs’ actual voting records will be launched today in Brussels.

Targeted at young people from 18 to 35 year olds, MyVote2014 is a project aiming at raising awareness about the forthcoming European Parliament elections among young voters and making European politics fast, fun and easy.

In just 60 seconds users can vote on 15 key issues covering four years of voting by MEPs since the last elections, using the website, mobile and Facebook apps, or the special website widget.


MyVote2014 is available in English, French, German, Italian, Polish and Spanish.

It is an initiative of [ ]VoteWatch Europe, the independent organisation which monitors the voting records of the European Parliament and the EU Council of Ministers, in partnership with the [ ]European Youth Forum / League of Young Voters.
